Refund Policy

1. No Refunds

 

All payments for memberships and class packs are final and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by law.


2. Membership Extension

 

If illness or another genuine circumstance prevents you from attending your scheduled sessions, you may request a membership extension.

  • Membership extensions may be granted for up to 15 calendar days maximum.

  • Extensions are subject to review and approval by the coach.

  • Customers may be asked to provide reasonable information about the circumstances.

  • Any sessions remaining unused after the approved extension period expires will expire with the membership.

  • Extensions do not automatically renew or restart an expired membership.

Example: If you purchase a 12-class pack valid for 30 days and receive an approved extension, you must use your remaining sessions within the additional extension period. Any sessions still unused when that period ends will expire.


3. Membership Transfer

 

If you are unable to continue with your membership or class pack, you may request to transfer your membership and remaining eligible sessions to a friend.
 

  • The transfer must be arranged with and approved by Fitway Veteran.

  • The remaining sessions retain the original membership's expiry date and applicable conditions unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • The recipient must meet any applicable eligibility requirements and agree to the relevant service terms.

  • A transferred membership or class pack cannot be exchanged for cash or a refund, except where required by law.

4. Session Cancellations​
 

A. One Complimentary Cancellation

​

For every 12-session package, you may cancel one session without penalty, subject to notifying your coach through the designated communication channel.

B. Additional Cancellations
 

Any cancellations beyond the one complimentary cancellation are subject to the coach's review and discretion. The coach will determine whether the cancelled session will count as a used session or whether an alternative arrangement can be offered.
 

C. Genuine Emergencies
 

If a genuine emergency prevents you from attending a scheduled session, inform your coach as soon as reasonably possible.
 

The coach will review the circumstances and determine an appropriate arrangement, taking into account the nature of the emergency, the timing of the notification, and the applicable terms. Any decision remains subject to applicable law.

6. Applicable Legal Rights

 

This policy does not exclude or restrict consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where applicable law requires a refund, extension, or other remedy, that legal requirement will take precedence over this policy.
